Lawyer and administrator with 40 years of international and corporate experience, recognized for advising foreign governments in Brazil on strategic matters, including extraditions. Founder and president of the Brazil–Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce since 2016, he is also a founding council member of the Vietnam–Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and the visionary behind the Brazil ASEAN Business Council and Nepal Alliances. A philanthropist engaged in social, environmental, and world-peace causes, his distinctive strength is connecting people, companies, and economic blocs, bringing together a global network of 12,000 connections across every sector. A business architect with global impact, he combines legal experience with corporate diplomacy. A lifelong judoka, he is also a music composer, writer of short stories and fiction, and an active supporter of cultural, educational, and sports initiatives.

He serves as Director-General of FreeFaro and Secretary-General of the Brazil–Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce, where he plays an active role in bringing governments, companies, and institutions closer together, promoting economic cooperation and strengthening bilateral relations. Throughout his career, he has led the international expansion of Brazilian companies, structured import and export operations across multiple markets, and taken part in economic, academic, and institutional cooperation initiatives. His work combines a solid legal background, strategic vision, and the ability to bridge the public and private sectors, contributing to the development of international partnerships and the growth of Brazil's foreign trade. With experience in negotiations and international missions across every continent, he is dedicated to building investment opportunities, strengthening trade relations, and fostering dialogue between different cultures. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, he is also a fan of tennis, piano, and literature.
